What skills is DiSC Workplace designed to develop?

DiSC is designed to develop critical soft skills for a variety of purposes, including the following:

  • Improve self-awareness
  • Learn insights into their own behaviors and the behaviors of others
  • Understanding and adapting to the work styles of others
  • Develop effective communication and persuasion skills 
  • Design problem-solving and collaborative strategies for working effectively with people of various DiSC types
What does the DiSC Workplace assessment process look like?
One DiSC profile is needed per person. Each learner spends approximately 15-20 minutes completing the questionnaire. The learner creates a secure account to complete a questionnaire measuring the 12 DiSC personality types to help determing communication style and workplace priorities. This personalized report will be immediately available for the learner to review upon completion, and can be downloaded or saved.
Does NewSummit offer DiSC training?
